Basic Cleaning

We dust-clean office furniture that is clear of personal belongings, such as filing cabinets, desks, credenzas, window ledges, tops of wall pictures, tops of wall clocks, top of door frames, etc. Door handles, light switches, and other touch points in the room receive equal attention. All waste cans get emptied and replaced with new liners. Any glass partitions or interior windows are regularly cleaned. All entrance glass, such as doors and side windows as you enter building are also regularly cleaned. Additionally, outside entrance to building extending 25 feet from entrance includes sweeping walks, picking up debris, emptying any waste containers, and ash trays.

Vacuuming

All room carpets are vacuumed on a daily basis.

Dusting (High and Low)

We dust wall and ceiling vents as well as blinds and tops of valances and/or curtains. Additionally all room hard floors and corridors are dust mopped and flat mopped.

Furniture and Fixtures Polishing

We polish and clean furniture and all chrome or metal furnishings.

Restroom Cleaning and Upkeep

 To maintain a positive impression means tending to restrooms regularly, paying special attention to stocking toilet tissue, soap and paper towels. This makes sense seeing as the most common perception complaint from building occupants is empty or broken dispensers, out-of-place trash and wet or soapy surfaces — all of which can be controlled with continuous and diligent cleaning.

Carpet Cleaning

The hot water extraction process we employ is the one most carpet manufacturers recommend. Our proven methods lift away spots and remove ground-in dirt from carpets and rugs.

Hard Floor Stripping & Waxing

Whether you have vinyl, stone, linoleum or hardwood floors we can properly maintain your floors resilience and luster. Summit Maintenance performs floor stripping, refinishing and sealing to maintain or restore the look of your floor surface and make it appear as good as new. Floor stripping removes stains, shoe prints, and marks, to name a few, while floor waxing will make your floor shine again while giving it protection.

Marble Floor Care

Summit mechanically hones marble floors with fine screens to create a smooth surface. We then follow by buffing to a polished finish with slightly abrasive putty and synthetic felt or wool pads. This process may be done monthly or quarterly, depending on the wear the floor receives and the quality of finish desired.

Grout Cleaning

The high-pressure grout cleaning process we employ removes stubborn dirt that lies deep in the pores of your grout lines. After cleaning, we can seal the grout by applying clear or color sealant to your grout lines. This will prevent spills from becoming stains.

Restroom Floor Maintenance

We first sweep and flat mop all restroom floors. Then we scrub and refinish these floors. Next we strip and refinish them. And finally, we burnish all restroom hard floors.
